4. Your forearm diameter must be max 9.5CM in order to wear this item. Bigger/fatter arms will not fit inside the armor (No returns/No Refunds/No Exchanges).
5. You must carefully inspect the arm upon unboxing and make an uninterrupted video recording of the unpacking process and contact us no later than 3 days after the item is received broken/damaged due to shipping, providing clear evidence for insurance and replacement. Claims without uninterrupted unboxing video or after 3 days counting from order delivery will not be accepted.

This item is made-to-order/handcrafted on a very small scale with limited production. Each unit is made with more than a hundred moving parts, which take a long time to 3D print, polish and paint, and also require a slow and careful manual assembly when the parts are made.

If you normally hold the phone or camera with your right hand, you should pick the left hand model. If you use your left hand to take photos and hold things, you should choose the right hand model.

If you don't punch, force or drop it, the arm is quite sturdy and hard to break, but if you accidentally or intentionally damage it (see product notes), a replacement of the -specific- part only (not the complete arm) can be shipped at a cost, and you'll need to fix the arm by yourself upon receiving the part. If you have experience with 3D-printing, we're also capable of sending you the STL file of the part so you can print it instead of paying for the physical part plus shipping.

Only one hand (left or right) is included. If you want the pair, you must purchase both.

The diameter of your forearm has to be a maximum of 9.5cm. If your forearm is wider/bigger/fatter, the base ring may feel tight or you may not be able to totally insert your arm into it, making the hand position offset.

Pseudo means "not real". The hydraulic components don't have any kind of fluid or function. They're just for aesthetics purposes.

It comes in a hard transport case for protection and can only be shipped with it.
