The sanding process is done by hand after a base coat is applied by experienced craftsmen. After sanding, high-quality paint is used for spraying, however, You may experience a slight oil or paint smell upon receiving the product; this is normal and will dissipate in a cool, ventilated place.

This product is primarily decorative and lacks strong professional performance. Please use it under safe conditions to avoid damage to your equipment from impacts. Slight color variations are normal and not a product quality issue.

This cover is a handcrafted art with a focus on texture rather than color. It does not offer the same protection as silicone or regular covers do. Please handle your phone with care and mind your surroundings.

Drops, bumps, or bending may cause the shell to shatter. It does not come with a warranty, and cannot be exchanged, repaired, or returned for damage caused by drops, impacts or careless handling.

Furthermore, the 3D printed surface should not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods (e.g. beach, car dashboard, etc). Yellowing due to aging is normal. The material may peel over time and is not considered a quality issue or defect due to the artisanal nature of this product.

Installation:

Before you start, peel the protective plastic film (both sides) off the transparent section, then align the tranparent section inside the case before inserting your phone.

3D printing results in individual differences, and slight gaps may appear around the product. It may not perfectly fit your equipment. This is within the design scope of the process and is not a product quality issue.

NOTE: Do not force/bend the cover when installing it on your phone, and do not force/bend the cover when removing it. Bending or forcing it too much will permanently crack and damage the cover. We are not responsible for any damage to the product or your equipment caused by forced installation or rough handling.

This item is handcrafted/made-to-order and takes 14 days to craft and ship after orders are received and confirmed - The earlier you place your order, the earlier you will receive yours.

1. This is a handcrafted (new) art. Minor imperfections, coloring and cutting errors can occur in the 3D printing or manual crafting process.
