These Terms and Conditions outline the policies, rules and regulations for the use of HYPEBROTHER Website, located at www.hypebrother.com.

By accessing this website or by placing an order with us you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. Do not continue to use HYPEBROTHER if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Customer", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Customer and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to prevailing international laws. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

All orders require the customer's written confirmation of HYPEBROTHER Order Confirmation Email (sent to the email address you provide when you place the order). Failing or refusing to do so will result in order cancellation (3.4% payment processing fee will apply).

Anyone under the age of 18 shall not place orders using our platform. If you are below the age of 18 years of age, please obtain the permission of your parent or guardian before using our website or placing orders.

HYPEBROTHER reserves the rights not to accept payments, serve, or take orders from customers that (1) Fail to confirm orders (either by ignoring Confirmation Requests or by refusing to do so), (2) Violate our Terms & Conditions or Policies; (3) Provide invalid, incomplete or false personal or billing information; (4) Provide insufficient or unverifiable shipping information or refuse to provide shipping information required by third-party carriers to execute their services; (5) Refuse or ignore requests to confirm information provided when an order is placed; (6) Place orders on behalf of others or provide personal, billing or shipping information on behalf of others; (7) Place (or attempt to place) fraudulent orders or payments through our website or affiliated payment partners; or (8) Do not provide a delivery address proven to be safe and guarantee that parcels won't be left unattended upon delivery.

All information contained in this website is provided solely for general information and reference purposes. It is the customer's responsibility and interest to contact us and make any relevant pre-sales enquiries regarding product design, characteristics, functionalities or any other information that isn't explicitly described or advertised on our website.

HYPEBROTHER reserves the rights to change, correct and update any product information, characteristics, features and technical specifications anytime necessary and without prior or further notice.


All online payments are made through secure SSL-encrypted checkout. We accept the following forms of payment:

Cancellations Policy

A 3.4% payment processing fee (non-refundable) charged by Stripe, Inc. is charged when orders are cancelled by customers. When you request to cancel an order, Stripe's 3.4% processing fee will be deducted from the the original payment's refund.

Refunds Policy

We do not refund payments after orders are shipped and a tracking number is provided. In special cases, we will fully refund customers if products are (or become) out of stock or when orders cannot be shipped on time.

If the customer decides to cancel a purchase, payments can be partially refunded only before orders are shipped. In these cases, the 3.4% payment processing fee (non-refundable) charged by Stripe, Inc. will still be charged.

A 3.4% payment processing fee (non-refundable) charged by Stripe, Inc. is charged for order cancelations or refund requests due to items mistakenly purchased or other customer-related reasons, such as invalid, incorrect, unreachable or fraudulent billing or shipping details.


Orders paid using Bitcoin can only be refunded in Bitcoin. If the customer decides to cancel a purchase, payments can be partially refunded only before orders are shipped. In these cases, a 3.4% processing fee (non-refundable) will be charged and deducted from the refunded amount in BTC.

Bitcoin refunds may not match the initial BTC amount paid due to variations in Bitcoin price, fiat conversion and exchange rates between the customer and the final currency received by HYPEBROTHER on the initial order date and refund date. HYPEBROTHER reserves the rights to choose and apply the best currency exchange rates and BTC price available at the time refunds are made.

Shipping & Delivery Policy


All orders ship directly from and by us. All items are inspected and carefully packed by our own staff shipping, and to ensure the condition, originality and quality of all items we ship, we always record the packing of all orders using continuous high-definition (HD) video to register parcel contents, originality and perfect (new) condition of items.

Shipping times for each product vary depending on stock and availability. Unless stated otherwise in the product page, orders normally ship in 7 business days. [1] Orders that doesn't include additional items that aren't in stock normally ship in 2 business days after confirmation; [2] Orders that include made-to-order, handcrafted or other special items normally ship in 7 business days after confirmation; [3] Made-to-order, handcrafted and other special/custom items are never stocked and crafted only after confirmation. Orders that include such items may take 14 business days or more to ship. If you're not sure, contact us before placing an order.

If your order includes several products, estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest. We do not separate orders, nor do we separate combo products and ship them before the estimated shipping time. If you want to receive products individually as soon as they are available, please order them separately.


After orders ship, estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen (e.g. Standard Shipping or FedEx/UPS/DHL International Priority). Estimated delivery times are just for reference purposes and based on parcels shipped to specific regions in normal shipping conditions. Estimated carrier delivery times are never 100% guaranteed by the carriers as external or third-party factors, not controlled by the carriers, may affect the average delivery time of orders sent in specific times, scenarios and conditions. Far regions such as Southern or Western Australia, Middle East, Africa, South America, etc may experience longer delivery times. Basic Shipping (if available) delivery time can take up to 2 months and is not controlled by HYPEBROTHER.


Orders are shipped by Fedex, DHL, UPS or other shipping partners, depending on chosen shipping option, destination and service availability.

HYPEBROTHER and Shipping Partners (e.g. FedEx/UPS/DHL/etc) are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after deliveries to originally-provided addresses are complete and confirmed by the carriers themselves. It is the customer's own responsibility to provide and guarantee a safe delivery environment, continuously track parcels until delivery, and effectively look after parcels upon delivery. Furthermore, the customer is solely responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the delivery address after the order is shipped to the address provided when the order is placed.


Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or Mail Boxes or any kind (e.g. shared, rented mail boxes). For confirmation purposes, most orders will require the consignee or receiver to sign the carrier delivery receipt and provide personal identification.

Orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

Electronic products or items with non-removable Lithium-Ion batteries can only be shipped using FedEx/UPS/DHL. Some countries require items with removable batteries to ship without them if you choose Standard shipping. Standard Shipping (if available) requires items with removable alcaline batteries to ship without them.


Shipping costs are not controlled by us and based on services costs provided by third-party shipping partners. Shipping costs may vary according to destination and other unpredictable variables such as shipping, aviation, and other industry factors.


We reserve the right to sell and ship only to specific countries. If your country is not in the list of countries that we serve, please contact us before placing your order. To know more about the countries we ship and serve, please read our FAQ page.


Some countries tax imported goods. That requires the recipient to pay additional charges before the product can be delivered to the customer. It's the customer's sole and own responsibility to clear all customs procedures and pay any local import taxes or additional charges. If you're not sure if your products will be delivered without additional taxes by your local regulations, please contact your local post office or customs department.


When you place an order, you are solely responsible for entering your correct name, shipping address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully. Please double check your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, you must contact us in a timely manner before the order is shipped. For special shipping requests, please contact our customer service.

HYPEBROTHER assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete name or address of consignee or receiver.
  • Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee or receiver’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, refusal to receive, refusal to pay import taxes or local customs obligations, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, etc.
  • Delay due to transportation to remote regions.
  • Delay due to force majeure. “Force majeure” means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, customs actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.
  • Aviation contraband, fragile products, and other products that are not available for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.
  • Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of customs or transportation regulations.
  • Mail and packages that may not be delivered to the consignee or receivers’s address during national holidays, festivals or weekends.
  • The consignee or receiver's address is a school, unit, or residential community where the courier has no access.

Order and Logistics Tracking

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your receipt and a tracking number. It will also include a link to our shipping partner website, where you can track and follow up the shipping progress. Information provided by shipping partners (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) will be collected and stored as proof of delivery.

HYPEBROTHER and/or Shipping Partners (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc) are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery is complete and confirmed by Shipping Partners. It is the customer's own and sole responsibility to provide and guarantee (1) safe delivery environment; (2) properly track parcels until delivery; and (3) notice, look after, and effectively take care of belongings upon delivery.

Product Warranty, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Product Warranty does not cover parcels that are lost or stolen after delivery is complete and confirmed by the shipping carriers (e.g. FedEx/UPS/DHL/etc). It is the customer's own and sole responsibility to provide and guarantee (1) safe delivery environment; (2) properly track parcels until delivery; and (3) look after and effectively take care of parcels upon delivery.

Claims of missing or damaged parts, accessories or items in original (sealed) product boxes must be supported by continuous visual evidence (video footage) during unpacking of sealed and original packaging or box. Claims of missing or damaged parts, accessories or items in original (sealed) product boxes without support of continuous video footage during unpacking are not entitled to returns, refunds or exchanges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective or damaged during or before shipping. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 3 days after your order is delivered.

Defective items must be collected or shipped back to us for inspection. Returning shipping fees are paid by HYPEBROTHER, but the customer is responsible for properly and carefully packing the defective item in its original packaging and condition, including all parts and accessories, so it can be returned to us in its original condition when received. Upon inspection of the returned product, we will notify you within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement due to a manufacturing defect or damage caused by shipping. If you are eligible, we will either refund the original product price using the original method of payment, or send you a replacement product (shipping fees will apply).

Please notice: Handmade, Made-to-Order, Custom-Made and Wearable Art items do not come with a warranty and cannot be replaced or refunded if you damage or break them after you receive them. Footwear, clothing items, accessories, and designer toys also do not have warranty and cannot be replaced or refunded once you start wearing or using them.

NOTE: All orders are meticulously packed using continuous high-definition (HD) video recording in order to register parcel contents, originality and perfect (new) condition of all items. Video proof is adopted in order to protect both our customers and (us) HYPEBROTHER.
