This item is made of a rigid, 3D-printed material that is not flexible. You can slightly move your head left and right, but up-and-down movements will be limited.

The armor size is customized based on the measurements you provide when placing your order. After receiving your armor, you can still make minor adjustments to the angle or the chest extension. You can carefully and slowly warm the area you wish to bend using a heat gun, then gradually adjust it to your liking (detailed instructions are included with the product).

The neck armor will break if dropped from your neck or upon impact. Make sure it always stays properly attached to your neck.

The size is customizable, but the minimum recommended neck length is 10cm. The armor may not fit comfortably on necks shorter than 10cm long.

This item is made solely for photoshooting or cosplay purposes. It is not designed to walk around or be worn as a fashion accessory. It limits neck movement and will feel uncomfortable after a while.
