It comes with only one arm. If you need two for both hands, you need to purchase both.

The hydro-gel balls come dry and need to be soaked in water before they can be used. Do not use the whole bag otherwise you'll need a huge bucket to keep them.

Get a large bowl recipient and fill 50% of water. Place the desired quantity of balls you want in the recipient and let them rest for at least 6 hours. When it's complete, the balls will grow to about 7-8mm, and you can drain the remaining water.

If you don't rest/soak the balls long enough, they may not each the correct 7-8mm size and won't work properly when placed inside the blaster. You can store hydrated gel balls in a jar or plastic recipient for up to two weeks.

Hydro-gel balls can be found in toy stores, specialized supply shops or purchased online on websites like Amazon.

The gel balls are very soft and painless, but you should never aim at people's faces, especially at eyes or mouth. You should also keep the gel balls away from children at all times as they may want to swallow or eat them.
