5. You must carefully inspect the arm upon unboxing and make an uninterrupted video recording of the unpacking process and contact us no later than 3 days after the item is received broken/damaged due to shipping, providing clear evidence for insurance and replacement. Use the complimentary allen tools to unscrew the top or side covers. Once unlocked, gently slide up the top cover to remove it, and gently twist/pull up the side covers to detach them. The several 3mm expansion screws can be used to expand the arm and attach accessories.

The diameter of your forearm has to be a maximum of 9.5cm. If your forearm is larger/bigger/fatter, the base ring may feel tight or you may not be able to totally insert your arm into it, making the hand position offset.

If you don't punch, force or drop it, the arm is quite sturdy and hard to break, but if you accidentally damage it (see product notes), a replacement of the specific part only (not the complete arm) can be shipped at a cost, and you'll need to fix the arm by yourself upon receiving the part. If you have experience with 3D-printing, we're also capable of sending you the STL file of the specific part so you can print it instead of paying for the physical part plus shipping.

Note: If you choose the digital (print-at-home) method, customers aren't allowed to request more than one part, which will contain meta-data matching the customer and require a clear video evidence of the broken/damage part before the fingerprinted file can be provided.

This item is made-to-order/handcrafted on a very small scale and limited production. Each arm is made with more than 100 moving parts, which takes a long time to 3D print, polish and paint, and also require a slow and careful manual assembly after the parts are made.

First, we don't do dropshipping. We only ship orders using first-tier carriers with shipping insurance. Secondly, the product also comes in a hard case for protection and can only be shipped in it.
