Mini is just the name as there's nothing mini about it. This wind tunnel is a considerably large wind simulator that will showcase models in a cinematic and dynamic experience.
Designed for hobbyists, collectors, video makers and content creators, the Mini Wind Tunnel features a fog generator and internal fan to simulate realistic aerodynamic flow over your 1/18 to 1/64 scale model cars, hot wheels or other small objects.
This wind tunnel allows you to test and visualise the aerodynamics of any kind of miniature object, whether it's from your toy collection or a 3D printed design. The internal space is large enough to place models up to 1:18 scale.
The illuminated enclosure allows you to visualize the aerodynamic effects of the fog moving over the miniature model. The velocity control dial allows you to adjust the speed of the wind effect.
The fog generator comes as a kit that you need to install by yourself, which takes a couple of minutes. The fog nozzle has 4 emitters that you can position as you prefer depending on what size or type of model is inside the enclosure.
It works with VG (vegetable glycerin) smoke oil that can be easily purchased and replaced whenever needed.

The Windsible is a higher-end (more expensive) product while this is a handcrafted product that costs about half the price, but it doesn't have a fancy LCD display for precision speed adjustment. If you're looking for an alternative to the Windsible that is much larger (and cheaper), this may be for you.

You can test the aerodynamics of any object or model as long as it fits inside the wind container. Please see the size information to know the maximum object size each version can support.
It comes with a simple (ON/OFF) LED strip in white color, but you can replace or upgrade it with something more sophisticated such as a RGB light for example.
It's not so quiet, but depends on how fast you set the fan. The fan sound can become loud at high speeds.
